The School is affiliated to the Maharashtra Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Pune. 
 
Admission is open for boys of Class 6th and 11th ( Science) of Junior College every year.
Students are admitted to the higher classes i.e. up to 9th Std. depending on the vacancies.
 
For 6th std to 9th std Admission:
 
a) Admission is open for all eligible students irrespective of caste, creed or religion, across the country.
b) The application form along with the prospectus will be supplied on payment of Rs. 710 /- by Swiping Debit / Credit Card or by demand draft drawn in favour of "Commandant, Bhonsala Military School, Nashik" payable at Nashik.
 
The registration form for seeking admission is available on the school's website from 27 January Every Year.
 
At the time of the entrance exam, the prospectus along with the admission form will be provided on the payment of Rs. 710 /-. The form fees should be sent or paid to the school office by Demand Draft only, in favour of "Commandant, Bhonsala Military School, Nashik", payable at Nashik.
 
The first instalment of school fees has to be paid in the school office through the debit/credit card/ net banking at the time of admission confirmation.
 
The following documents must be submitted by the parents along with the application form

2) Attested photocopy of annual mark sheet of the previous year.
3) Attested photocopy of progress report of first terminal exam of the current year.
4) Aadhaar Number Photocopy

The written test will be appropriate to the standard from which the candidate has recently passed. Old question papers are not made available by the School.
 
The Interview is conducted to ascertain the General smartness, confidence, general awareness, sociability, Discipline, inclination towards defence services etc. of the candidate.
 
FOR JUNIOR COLLEGE:
 
For junior college level, there is a Science stream only
 
An admission test and Interview will be conducted in the last week of April / first week of May. For NDA batch of 11th Std. it will be on 2nd Sunday of May (Every year). The change in dates if any, of the tests will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates. Please note that mere registration is no guarantee of being called for the entrance test. The result will be declared on the same day. The parents of the selected candidates will be required to pay the fees, (refer schedule for the payment of fees) on the same day or else the seat will be offered to the next candidate on the waiting list.

Following Subject are taught in 11th & 12 Science stream 1) English 2) Physics 3) Chemistry 4) GK, 5) Maths 6) Defence Studies
 
For Non-Maharashtra State Board Students admission to the Junior College (class XI) will be finalized within 4 days of announcement of S.S.C. (class X) results of Maharashtra State Board.
 
The students from the other States/Boards will have to submit the School Leaving Certificate duly countersigned by the District Education Officer. A Migration Certificate, if required, will also have to be submitted.
 
The students belonging to the other States/Boards will have to obtain a clearance certificate from the Maharashtra State Education Department/Board.
 
The students are admitted only when the fee & other charges as prescribed have been paid fully.
 
NOTE: The School Leaving Certificate from the previous school should be obtained only after admission to this school has been confirmed by us in writing.
 
ADMISSION PROCEDURE: GUIDELINE
 
a) In case of Junior college, after ten days of the last stipulated date, rights of the School authorities to give admission cease and the Dy. Director of Education, Nashik will fill the vacancies as per the rules of the department.
b) Use of influence for admission will be treated as a disqualification.
