Course Guidelines

COURSE FEES:
The course fees include the following:
• Accommodation
• Nutritious Vegetarian Food
• Equipment & Training
• Group Accident Insurance Policy
• 24/7 First Aid Support (Dedicated medical emergency room available)

Note - If deemed appropriate, parents can opt for an Individual Mediclaim Policy.

SAFETY:
Extensive and meticulous preparations have been made to ensure participants' safety. However, the Central Hindu Military Education Society cannot be held responsible for any accidents, illnesses, or other unforeseen incidents.

ALLOTMENT OF VACANCIES:
Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

TRANSFER OF SEAT:
A request for transfer of a seat on compassionate grounds may be considered only once. Further transfer or refund of the course fee will not be permitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• 75% refund if canceled 30 days before the course start date.
• 50% refund if canceled 15 days before the course start date.
• No refund once the course starts.
• No refund or seat transfer is allowed in any other case.

CERTIFICATE:
Participants who successfully complete the course and abide by the program's discipline will be awarded certificates.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
• Do not leave the campus without permission from the Instructor or Course In-charge.
• Do not carry weapons.
• Do not consume food from unauthorized sources.
• Respect personal property; do not enter or damage any personal property.
• Use of abusive or vulgar language with participants or staff is strictly prohibited.
• Mobile phones and electronic devices are prohibited during the course.
• Participants must adhere to the rules and regulations of the Central Hindu Military Education Society.

Violation of the above rules may result in dismissal from the course.

APPLICATION AND MEDICAL FORM:
• Application Form, Indemnity Bond, and Medical Form are available at the Bhonsala website: www.bhonsala.in.
• A medical certificate from a Family Physician (M.B.B.S / M.D.) is mandatory for admission.
